Mail - IMAP 

This guide is for the Windows 8 and above app called Mail. 
Microsoft provides a number of email clients to access your emails via. Please note that your version of Mail may not look visually idnetical as the screenshots featured in this guide however all versions of Mail will use the same steps to setup as those below. 
 
Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings. 

Step by Step Guide 

1. Open Mail from the Start Menu and select Add account 
2. Select Advanced Setup 
3. Select Internet email 
4. Use your email address for the Email address and Username and insert you password into the Password field. 
5. Fill in the name you want to give your account and your name in the Send your messages using this name field. The incoming email server is zimbra.protectedservice.net and the account type is IMAP4 
6. As you scroll down the Outgoing (SMTP) email server is smtp.protectedservice.net and check that all 4 tick boxes are ticked 
7. On the All finished screen click done 
8. Finally click Go to inbox to get started
