1. 'Click File' and select 'Add Account' under the 'Info' tab. The 'Your Name' field should include the name you want to appear on the recipient's email program when you send them an email (this doesn't have to be the same as your email address).
In 'Account Type' select 'POP3'. In the 'Incoming Mail Server' field you should insert mail.yourdomain (example: mail.itseeze.co.uk). For the 'Outgoing Mail Server' it should be smtp.yourdomain.co.uk.
*Please note that sometimes mail2/smtp2 is used instead, if this is the case then it will be clearly stated in the email log in/set up mail that you are sent when your Itseeze site goes live.*
The 'Username' field should be filled in with your entire email address, for example firstname.lastname@example.org. The requested password will be the password to log into your mailbox that you were sent along with your user name.
