3. This window in step 2 will give you a number of options which allow you to set up the server settings for our mailbox. In the 'Incoming Server Information' field you should insert mail.yourdomain (example: mail.itseeze.co.uk) and keep the port number set to 110. For the 'Outgoing Server' it should be smtp.yourdomain* and port number 25, the SSL option should remain un-ticked but the 'Requires Authentication' option should be ticked.
*Please note that sometimes mail2/smtp2 is used instead, if this is the case then it will be clearly stated in the email log-in/set up mail that you are sent when your Itseeze site goes live.
The 'Log on username' field should be filled in with your entire email address, for example firstname.lastname@example.org. Then click on the next button and your new mailbox should be successfully installed.
Once installed there is one final step to go through, On the left hand pane in the Live Mail window there will be a list of your installed mailboxes. Find the mailbox you have just installed and right click on it and select 'Properties'. In the properties window select 'Advanced' and in the 'Delivery' sub-menu ensure that 'Leave a copy of messages on server' is ticked, and also 'Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'. This will ensure that if you use multiple devices to access your email you will be able to access all emails on all devices.
