You can use your email account with any email client that supports POP3 email accounts. This includes Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail and more.

What should I do if my email client asks for a user-name and password?
If your email client asks you for these details then the user-name is your full email address such as info@yourdomain.co.uk and the password is the one we have supplied you with. In the event that you have lost this information please contact us on domains@itseeze.co.uk or 01803 407470.

What's the difference between POP3 and web-mail?
POP3 email account's differ form web-mail accounts in 2 main ways. The first one is that you need to have your email account set up in a program known as an email client rather than going to a website. The second is that POP3 accounts mean that the email is stored on your computer where you have control over it rather than being kept on an email server in the cloud.

What's the difference between POP3, IMAP and Exchange Server email accounts?
POP3 accounts will save the emails to your computer, IMAP and Exchange Server accounts will keep all of your emails on the email server. Both IMAP and Exchange Server accounts are only used when their is a specific reason that POP3 accounts are unsuitable to be used.
