Christmas opening times
Please note that the it’seeze Head Office will be open until Friday 21st December and will then be closed for the festive period. Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (excluding UK bank holidays) will resume on Wednesday 2nd January.
Over the Christmas break, you can refer to the it’seeze Support Site for website editing help, marketing advice, answers to our most frequently asked questions, and much more.
If you do have any urgent website requests during this time and are unable to get in touch with your local consultant, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. This email account will be checked regularly throughout the Christmas holiday.
New additions to the it’seeze Support Site
We’ve recently made some improvements to our Support Site to make it even easier for you to find the information you want.
The newly added ‘New features’ section lets you see at a glance all the recent updates we’ve made to the it’seeze website editor, with details available for each of the new features that you’ll already automatically be benefitting from.
The ‘How-to videos’ area provides you with a selection of simple to follow videos showing you how to quickly make changes to your website using the editor.
Both of these new sections are accessible from the home page of the Support Site.
An easier shopping experience with new product filters
You can now make it even easier for customers to find the products they’re looking for in your online shop.
The new filter options will allow your customers to tailor your product category pages to their requirements as they browse your shop. You can choose a number of filters for customers to use, including product category, price, and variants such as size, colour, and style, etc.
By filtering the products on display, customers will be able to more easily find the specific items they’re searching for, increasing the chances of a purchase being made. Customers can either check the boxes to show only certain types of products, or drag the slider to filter by price.

…but it’s not so great when the business you’re trying to get in touch with haven’t updated their website with their Christmas opening times…
This year, don’t leave your customers out in the cold. Add up-to-date contact information and opening times for Christmas and New Year to your website so that people know exactly how and when they can reach you during the festive period.
We’d recommend adding this information to your home page or contact page, and you may also want to include emergency contact details so that customers can get hold of you if necessary.
It’s also worth adding any holiday opening hours to your Google My Business profile so that customers can see these at a glance when they search for your business in Google.
