Following your feedback, we’ve now added the most recent editions of the it’seeze newsletter to our Support Site.
This means you can quickly access past newsletters whenever you need to. You can also use the search bar to easily locate specific items that you wish to refer back to.
We’ve recently added several new and improved how-to videos to the it’seeze Support Site, making it even easier for you to edit and update your website.
These updated videos cover editing basics such as:
Greater account control with new password reset option
We’ve now added a password reset option to the website editor login screen.
Please remember, you will need to change your registered it’seeze username to an email address in order to make use of this feature. To change your username to an email address, simply go to the ‘Permissions’ panel within the website editor, and update your username in the ‘Users’ section.
You now have even more control over the appearance of the blog on your it’seeze website.
We made some improvements to our blogging platform recently, including the ability to:
✓ Add banner images to individual posts
✓ Change the appearance of your main blog page to one of the new grid layouts
✓ Set how many blog posts are displayed on each page
✓ Change how the publication date is displayed
If you have a Lite website and/or a non-responsive site and wish to experience the benefits of blogging, get in touch with either your local consultant or the it’seeze support team for more information on upgrading to one of our responsive packages.
We've now made it possible for you to control whether the 'Company' field is displayed when customers create an account in your shop.
This is ideal if you sell mainly to members of the public, as it is unlikely that you will need this information. Hiding this optional field makes it much simpler for new customers to register for an account.
You can choose whether to ask new customers for their company name by checking or unchecking the box on the 'Customer Accounts' page within the 'Configuration' section of the shop management panel.
