Several clients have requested to have pop-up notices on their sites to make visitors aware of changes in their business due to the coronavirus outbreak. We have now added this functionality to the website editor. You can access it through the Pop-up notice page on the Settings panel.
The notice is shown to visitors when they first arrive on the site. Visitors will need to close the notice to be able to browse the site. Once the notice has been shown, a cookie is set so that the visitor will not see it again. This cookie is deleted when the visitor closes their browser.
The notice will look like this, with the button matching the button styling used elsewhere on the site.
