We wanted to show our support for the NHS and all the frontline workers doing such an incredible job during these challenging times, so we’ve decided to raise money by taking on a challenge of our own.
Through the combined efforts of the staff at our national support hub and our network of local consultants, our aim is to raise £1000 by completing 260km in just 10 days.
Everyone who takes part will either walk or run some of the distance to help us reach our target, with the challenge kicking off on Monday 4th May and finishing on Wednesday 13th May.
You can follow along with the it’seeze team to see how we’re doing on social media, and if you can support our campaign, we’d be extremely grateful.
3 tips to help businesses survive during the current crisis
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our free webinar on Thursday 16th April, we hope you found this useful!
We know that many of you were unable to attend, as the webinar proved to be extremely popular and places were limited. We're pleased to announce that we will be hosting this webinar again on Tuesday 19th May at 11am.
If you missed our free webinar the first time around - in which we discussed how digital marketing can help you manage the impact on your business during the coronavirus outbreak - we recommend that you book your place now to avoid disappointment.
Topics we will cover:
Innovation – creative ways to spread the word about your business now and in the future
Adaptation – how businesses can adapt to navigate the changes brought on by COVID-19
Communication – great ways to keep in touch with customers – and why it’s so important that you do
Did you know that we recently added a new website editor training course to our online support centre?
This step-by-step guide will teach you all the basics of editing your website and keeping it up-to-date. It’s ideal if you need a quick refresher on the editor’s essential features or want to train a new member of your team to make website changes.
We recently added a new feature to the it’seeze website editor – pop-up notices.
Placing a pop-up notice on your website is a great way of alerting visitors of any urgent business updates – for example, if your business is currently closed or not able to accept new orders due to high demand.
We also introduced the brand new page history tool to your it'seeze website recently.
Using this great new addition, you now have the power to roll back your website to a previous version, so if you need to, you can restore your website to how it was before a particular change was made.
You can now temporarily disable your online shop using the new ‘Shop status’ settings.
This is ideal if you are currently unable to fulfil orders due to reduced staff numbers, stock shortages, or a sudden increase in demand for your products.
You can either choose to mark your store as ‘Open for browsing and buying’ (the default setting) and allow purchases as normal, ‘Open for browsing only’ and allow visitors to view your products but not buy them, or ‘Closed’ and hide your online shop completely.
These are still extraordinary times that we’re living in, and we want to help you to navigate them as best we can through the support and advice that we provide you with.
We want to know what you’d like to see from us during this unsettling time. Please email asktheteam@itseeze.com with your suggestions, and we’ll continue to bring you the most helpful resources, inspiration, and ideas.
