Your ‘Account ID’ is your customer number which begins with a C and is followed by 7 numbers.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Change Password’ option on the menu on the top-level navigation, or on the words ‘set your password’ in the text below the login box.
On the ‘Forgotten Password’ page it will ask you for your account ID and the email address that is on your account. This will be the email address where you receive the monthly invoices.
Once you are logged in, click on ‘Websites’ on the top level navigation. This will list all the websites you have with us.
Click on the Website Number you would like to edit the payment details for, this will be in highlighted in orange.
Under the ‘Subscription Active’ tab you will see your Direct Debit information, next to this is a button ‘Change Account’.
Clicking the ‘Change Account’ button will prompt the system to ask you if you wish to continue to cancel your existing Direct Debit, if you are press ‘Yes, Cancel Existing DDI’
The next page will display a ‘Start Direct Debit signup’ button, clicking this will take you to the online Direct Debit process.
Call us on 01803 407 470 and press the option for Finance.
We can change your Direct Debit over the phone.
Please note in accordance with the Direct Debit regulations, we need to allow 10 working days before collecting a new Direct Debit. If you try to change your Direct Debit within 10 working days of the next due collection date, an advance card payment will be required.
