The map component, whose option icon is shown in figure 1, embeds a Google map.

Maps can display a directions search feature, making it easy for your customers to find how to get to you, as shown in the example in figure 2.

Editing a map

Click on the map to open the map window, as shown in figure 3.

The map window has two tabs. The Location tab lets you choose the location of the marker and the map zoom level. You can move the marker by dragging it — to position it more accurately you can zoom in. Alternatively, you can click Search for location and enter all or part of an address to search for it; postcodes generally perform best.

The Other options tab lets you change the following settings:

Pop-up title

The title displayed in the pop-up information window. If this field is left blank, the pop-up information window will not be shown.

Pop-up description

The description displayed in the pop-up information window.

Map height

The height of the map, in pixels.

Directions search

Whether the directions search form is displayed.

Click OK to apply the changes to the map. Click Cancel to return to the page without changing the map.
